CANCELLATION POLICY

Please give LuLu Lashes at least 24-48 hours notice to cancel any upcoming appointments. If canceled with less than 24 hours notice, deposit cannot be refunded and a new deposit will be required for the next appointment. A 20% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file for any no shows, or cancellations after the 24 hour window.
